Not gonna lie, this sounds like a higher budget xtrullor song lmao.
I started this project on November 2017 and finally finished it in July 2018. Overall, I was really inspired by a great number of different artists such as Xtrullor, Au5 and Alon Mor. I really got out of my comfort zone by trying out a new style. I also tried to make every part of the song as loud as possible.
In case you didn't know what is The Garden of Eden (you really should). It is a lengendary garden of God told in the Bible and it often represents heaven.
Used synthesizers:
- Sytrus
- Massive
- Razor
- Kontakt with the Kontakt factory library
- Harmless
- Sampler
- Directwave
The song took me about 130 hours to make.
***IMPORTANT: Please note that some samples used in the song aren't made by me: The orchestral drum loops are bought from Prime Loops. The rainforest sound effect at the beginning and the end and the night cricket sound starting at 1:33 are royalty-free samples downloaded from youtube via youtube to mp3. I had to use these samples from external sources because I couldn't create them with my current plugins. All these samples have been at least EQed and modified with other effects, so they don’t necessarily sound the same as their original sound.
Not gonna lie, this sounds like a higher budget xtrullor song lmao.
Nah its low budget af lol
hello, I come from your comment that you made in my post and sincerely I liked this song, so I see you have been inspired by xtrullor, it is one of my favorite producers, it continues like this I hope more Dubstep songs :^)
Thanks a lot!
We all know where the reviews come from. Thank you, X's list of favorites.
I am giving a bit smaller rating because the culmination is underwhelming and very unfitting. The sound design was fine (especially the Razor if it's what you used in the drop), orchestra even better, but the arrangement and diversity of sounds especially in the drop just wasn't at the level I expected it to be after hearing the magnificent intro.
Don't get me wrong, this is a pretty good song, and even the drop that I didn't exactly like is not bad. I would've given this a 3 star but because of the effort that took to make this song happen 3.5 stars will be my rating.
Ima put some effort in the next drop!
This is sooooo good! I had to make a review just to give 5 stars cause it really deserves it! :D
Thank you!
Religious title? Ewwwwwwwwwwww (jkjk)
Great song, dude. It's been a while since I've listened to you, but there needs some improvements.
-For the style, the bass is too stiff for an Xtrullor-styled song. It needs to be a bit more smooth (idfk I'm bad at describing)
-Drops are a little too underwhelming for my liking, but hey, do what you want here.
(I'm bad at this XD)
This is actually not supposed to be Xtrullor-styled, I just took his idea of fusing orchestra and dubstep together!
