Not done, but I figured I'd share what I have so far, mainly for feedback. Sorry it cuts out right before the slow part, but I haven't done that part yet :P
Since my computer can't handle a lot of sounds playing at once, I had to use a Chiptune theme as opposed to a Touhou theme as I wanted to, but I think it turned out well for Chiptune!
I'll also be updating the audio here every time I make an edit to the original audio file. These updates will include extensions, fixes, and the final version.
