I can read in your description that this was made in FL Studio, being your first time making it. Just by the beginning I can tell that you actually care about how your music and melodies sound. But you did also say that the mixing is not very good. But I'm just going to walk through this entire song and tell you what I liked and didn't like.
In the beginning I like that chord that faded in. But I wish that melody didn't come in so fast though. I enjoy the melody synth once it comes in. I like the melody. I just wish it were a bit louder because the sweeper is basically making it so you can barely hear it. The bass needs to be filtered just a bit, and it needs a bit more reverb.
At 0:31 is my favorite part because the synth that comes in is so cool. I like that synth. I just think it needs more reverb. But you should have made automatons to the other synth from the beginning because the synth from the beginning kind of ruins it with it's delay effect.
The build up is not to bad. The drums are a bit too loud. But a tip I would give is to highpass everything, not just the snare.
Now the drop is not too good. I would recommend watching a few tutorials. A good person I would recommend watching would be Panos Savvidis, he makes great FL Studio tutorials and I learned a lot from him to improve my drop. But I've never used FL Studio, but I have used Ableton Live. I'm not going to be harsh on you because it's your first time using FL Studio.
After the drop you basically add in another instrument and the rest of the song is based off from the drop. You should have created another melody. Though it wouldn't really fit in because this song is very short.
Overall, not bad. I'm going to listen to some of your other songs and see what I think. Not bad for your first time using FL Studio. Keep working!
