Gliese 581g is a planet given the nickname Goldilocks because of where it is relative to both the distance from its parent star while also calculating the star's apparent and absolute magnitudes as well as diameter, in which this area is known as the "Goldilocks Zone".

You arrive on a strange planet that looks eerily similar to Earth, when you are told that it is Kepler 581g, aka Goldilocks. Years ago, Goldilocks was invaded by an unknown species. The reason was the space race. Only 3 years ago, this species sought humans and recognized humans as a threatening species and sought to cleanse all humans. The plan was to trap as many humans on Goldilocks and unleash a massive siege on Earth on the date 5 years from the date of the first human capture (let's say, the 2nd of June).

There are five waves of the massive siege. First, the fighter ships arrive and take any of the weaker or defenseless humans. This counts for over half of the Earth's population. Second, all defense and military equipment of any kind will be disabled via a transmitter that shorts out any kind of technology in its path, permanently. Afterwards, all defense bases will be either disintegrated. blown up, or taken away. Third, all oceans will be evaporated or sucked up into a hyper-tech vacuum. Soon after, lakes will disappear, and soon after, no bodies of water will even exist on Earth. Fourth, after many weeks of no water, the mothership arrives. You will be very lucky to still live at this point, unless you are a part of an elite military or similar positions, but this is where all military will be captured. If you are lucky to be alive (which will need a major miracle), the fifth wave is the worst. Fifth, the Earth will be heated up until the crust either collapses or bulges to cracks. Nobody who stays on Earth at this point will live to see past the fifth wave, because they will either melt and burn on fire from the magma below the crust or they will suffocate from the lack of oxygen.

Dying on Earth during the massive siege is not the worst of your problems, you still have to worry about the cleansing of humans if you managed to escape. Not a single human will be left under the radar because the species can detect any unknowns anywhere. If you survive the human cleansing, then you may either wind up wanted across the galaxy or (if you are lucky) end up famous by successfully escaping the most secure place in the galaxy (and possible the known universe).
