This one is made up of two pretty different moods, so it wouldn't fit so comfortably into the background of a given game level. If was being strict about some purpose for it when making it, I probably would have split it into multiple loops/ideas, but since it was just made for fun it is how it is.
I tried to write something that just made me think of Majora's Mask.
