Considering the title, I wasn't expecting such an upbeat track. Good beats and tempo throughout. Around the 0:34 mark has a Sim City feel to it, but I can definitely see the ghost party side as well. Good work!

This is a bright song that I made... I saw ghosts and things of that sort dancing... so yeah... that’s the name...
