Pretty cool!

Nice riffage there man, what are you using for the drums? They sound pretty decent. To bad that they are a little bit repetitive. Add some double kicks or triplets in to give them more variety. I have to admit that the clarity also isn't the best. Basicly the mix needs some more work.

Other than those points, it was played solid. So therefore, good job, keep it up! ;)

Thanks for the review man. I'm using a drum program that came with the recording software I use. The drums are pretty repetitive in this one, you should check out the updated version that I have of it, I updated the drums to give more variety, and I changed the ending. Thanks for the review though man, really appreciate it.

Yeah man

Kick ass tune, dude. Leads were pretty awesome. Nicely done. haha. I keep mistaking you with the dht820 guy who makes the fruity loops metal. Then when I listen to the song..I'm like ...oh yeah! that fucker. haha.

Great job man. Liking the panned guitars for sure. Same comment for me on the drums as speedy, yet...excellent playing.

haha, glad to know my riffs sound different than something associated with fruity loops...of course I can't really comment on that being that I've never heard it, so I'm gonna just shut up now and get back to responding to your review haha...anyways, thanks for the review man, and by the way, I put up an updated version of the songs with different drums and a different ending, so hopefully it sounds better now, thanks a bunch.

Not bad at all

Without a doubt the best part of this tune was your playing. Everything was played cleanly and sounded crisp. I'm also glad that you're panning your tracks now. The only part of the song that is really lacking would be the drums. They are quite boring since they really don't progress at all. This song could be a lot better if you could get a nice beat going. They were fine for the intro section, but when they just kept going like that it got old pretty quick. Maybe bring them up a bit more in the mix as well?

Other than the drums though, you did a great job with the tune. Keep it up

jdh504 responds:

Thanks a lot man, yeah I'm gonna have to remember not to keep the same drums throughout one song, I might update it with different drums, I'll see what I can do with it, but thanks a lot for the review, appreciate it.

Nice job.

That was totally kick ass dude. Awesome job. What program did you record it in, and how many tracks did u get going?

jdh504 responds:

For all the recordings on here I use Line 6 Riffworks. I'm not quite sure what you mean by how many tracks did I get going? If you could specify I can answer that for you, sorry for not understanding, but anyways, thanks for the review man.

Pretty cool.

If I'm going to give my tid-bit of reviews for flashes, might as well do the same for music, aye? Anywho, very well done. Love the start of this, where it begins t'pick up. Something I could listen to while killing on B.L.A.C.K. or Unreal Tourn.

jdh504 responds:

Thanks a lot, yeah, always good to review both types...especially if you're review my music haha...but yeah, thanks a lot for the review, appreciate it.
