BTW if this piece seems detached at all, it's because it's to be part of a concerto and it'll make more since in context to that completed work. Also John Philip Sousa was a godsend to the orchestral music realm and the only reason for the movement's title is because of how many High School student feel about having to march to this pieces, which are already energetic and upbeat.
