This is so beautiful...

*sniff* This is so beautiful and sad... I'm holding back tears. Great work!

Beautiful.

This was (as stated above) simply BEAUTIFUL. Wondrous. Why can't we have more music like this be mainstream?

Anyways, I hope you continue to make such heartfelt music, because this is really quite good. =] I only review songs that I really like, and this is DEFINITELY one of them.

Ahhhh...

At first I thought being addicted to videogames would never help me understand anything, but hell, I learned.

At first I thought I'd never learn to understand music, but hell, I learned.

I combined those two "misunderstandings" and can picture a deep tragedy-filled scene from like, an RPG game or something.

Haha.

I know that's extremely nerdy of me to say, but yeah, it does.

I can't say I can personally relate, as nothing horribly sad or deep has happened in my life, nor any similiar ordeal.

But this really gives you a vivid picture of what you are trying to show through this music. It'd make great non-diegetic sound in any kind of sad or deep scene from a movie or videogame or whatever.

Setu-Firestorm responds:

Thanks.

The short film that this piece was composed for, actually, utilized this piece very well. Considering I was shown no footage of the film when I composed it and was just told what was going on, I was surprised at how emotional the scene turned out with the footage working with the music.

This was my favorite piece from that soundtrack.

I love your music

I love how your music seems to make me think. It has a sad tone but it also brings hope. It brings a tear to your eye and also tell you to move on. Keep it up!

Great!

Very nice work on this one. I really did enjoy the choir, and I think the piano was great. I think that on some parts you could lay off on the strings just slightly and bring out the choir.

You also have a lot of great chords and harmonies that I like. I love piano, so naturally the section where the piano is more prominant is probably my favorite. While talking about the piano, however, it would be nice if you'd add just a little expression/dynamic contrast to the piano, bringing it out a little (In volume, that is).

Great job! 9/10 review and 5/5 rating!
