Not bad at all, but a little too short, and I'm not totally sold on the chime sound. I think it might be better with a little less reverb.
If you wanted to extend this into a longer song, try maybe going with a time/clock theme? It would fit well with the sample you used. Just an idea.
Keep making music! You're already doing better than a lot of new artists!
