Okaaay, so I finished this other chill, ethereal track but I did start this one in this year. Guess how I came up with this quirky riff - by keyboard mashing. This time it was with a Smart Keyboard with arpeggiator on. I really loved it.
But the base of it was the drumline which also came out of a Smart Drums kit. Somehow I got certain drums to stay in the pad even if I hit the randomise button. So that's why it has a consistent base and a quite changing percussion pattern.
The rest built up out of 50% Smart stuff and 50% live stuff. I took a screenshot of the song layout in GarageBand for convenience.

Hey, this is dope! I really appreciate the personality that comes through. Only critique: the super wide stereo synth playing throughout is a bit overpowering. Obviously it doesn't ruin the song, but some parts were masked that deserve more attention.

The only non-mono instrument in the song is the Electric Piano, which I assigned the maximum possible tremolo to. I did that because I kinda wanted to give the bits with the Electric Piano a psychedelic vibe. Also, all of the other instruments in the song are mono because I just am too lazy to turn them into stereo.
