TigerM - TigerMvintage - Proud To Be [Original Distorted Version]
While working as
Secretary / Office Manager / Receptionist and Accountant weekly
at MGCM, his stepbrother's Music School and Music Conservatory,
Tiger was introduced to the Roland Boss DR-5 Rhythm Section...
and... often more than
eight hours a day producing arrangements...
Using the MIDI instruments on Roland's DR-5, in a single month,
Tiger would produce over 250 unique arrangements.” [some call them "beats!" ^^]
The lesser of 'two evils' this one. Initial recording would not
rid "Hsiiii" on the Tape Deck when recording started so in 2000
decision of then-teenager deduction was to-- "TURN UP THE BASS!!"
The "Hsiiiiiii" ceased to be overriding the DR-5 composition.
Seriously... so I proceeded to record tape near max (one input recording)
and DR-5 (one output composition from) with play volume halfway up.
On the input recorder the entire composition according to two
L.E.D.s were lighting red-rocking RED (then drop without the flutes)
then BACK up when everything I played recorded (the Chorus).
This is the second "Original DISTORtED Version" [I know..
"Distorted..." will do ^^; ] -- the second "Original Distorted Version"
(Happy? =3) of song created-then-recorded to my cassette of
composed tracks / tunes / compositions / beats [(insert preference)]
entitled "Second Trial" and the first time of two "Proud To Be"
was completed in tangible "saved-audio" placed beyond DR-5.
There was no idea for what eventually transpired. =]
I wrote lyrics (singing and verses of rhym) that caught the attention
of some people and utilized my own instrumental at 16 in year 2000
to "align for the first time" my lyrics and composed rhythm and melodies. =]
The "Distortion" I got used to as I listened to my own audio tune
constantly while writing with pen and pad concepting for the first time
what "the second time" recording would best be for verses and Chorus. =3
The music inspired the written shapes of thought [words]
and the sound of thought in audio help to "shape" the final page.
Although today I think it is sometimes taken for granted
songwriting as a craft is not consistently simple (the music
came first or the lyrics?) to define and spending the time to write
and "read" and "rehearse" that writing instead of playing
video games, making a phone call, driving, walking or composing (music)
is A lot to consider when thought about-in-tangent.
Songwriting is its own endeavor and one I eventually began to be
happy to do in addition to physical piano, drums, voice, and "now..."
["then" I mean sixteen years ago =] Analog devices! (DR-5 and Decks!)
Taping this one for output-to-input signalReception
and sharing-- MIDI Piano harmony reflected in a way
honestly liked with the light distortion (fairly heavy says... =p)
I enjoyed so recorded at this level and kept although re-recorded
[albeit much later on a new tape because no two tunes I wanted the same].
"Second Trial" included some alternate recorded versions of
original makes I composed (3) from "The Starting Line" [my first cassette];
for the first time Original Distorted Versions (4);
and (16) smoothly undistorted first time compositions recorded
that includes [I sound like a Scientist oo XF] ONE
"Continuation Song" (Part two) that "The Starting Line" couldn't fit
The Dual Tape Deck touching max recollection
here is "Proud To Be" -- until the analog
"flute" instrument sound MIDI 'shook' with "overt high output"
Please enjoy the original "Proud To Be" and Thank You
For Listening =^_^=
