I have recently started a new series on Youtube featuring textural tracks consisting of nothing but soothing pads and sparse melodies. It's no secret that I get anxiety fits from time to time, and tracks like this one here kinda help me cope with that powerful surge of adrenaline and negative feelings. I'm making these tracks merely as a form of self-therapy, so they're not thought to be technically complex or innovative. They're merely textures that could potentially help anyone achieve a state of relaxation or focus.

Everyone is different and as a result, everyone's anxiety is also different. During anxiety, our perceptions are amplified because our brain thinks we are in danger. Therefore, anything from all our five senses can bother us deeply, including sounds. If you are listening to these tracks during an anxiety fit, first of all we're sorry to hear and we're all sending you a virtual hug, and secondly feel absolutely free to leave us feedback and support. One of my favorite albums to listen to while having an anxiety fit is Steve Roach's "Structures From Silence" (1984), so it's no wonder these tracks have a similar vibe. I suggest you to check that out as well, really good Ambient.

molto molto bella! piacevolissima... ti entra molto bene in testa e se chiudi gli occhi sembra quasi di poterti librare verso mondi eterei...

Grazie mille :)
