This track is a cover of one from one of the few Hokuto no Ken games to come overseas, "Fist of the North Star: 10 Big Brawls for King of Universe" for the Gameboy. Specifically, it's the track that plays when you face Mr. Heart in the very first of Kenshirou's fights.

I think. Truth be told, while I had the privelege of playing the game in physical form when I was younger, I was never any good at it. Hell, I'm probably still not.

But I really liked the theme that played against Heart, so even if I kept getting destroyed, it was still a good time.
