simple but genial in it's simplicity
i can listen to it going on loop for hours ... the harmonic changes are awesome, also this sounds like a real piano recorded, you can hear when sustain pedal moves and touch the strings ... added to fav's ...
the only bad thing about is the very low score on it :(

how cute and quaint this is. you say you wrote this for a play? send me the script man, what with e acting and stuff id rather read a script tahn a book anyday. anyway you have a lovely style of piano playing, applying fragmented chords and juxtaposing 7ths and minors, i mean it's very esy to do but it just sounds great. i'd love to hear you on a proper piano in a reverb chamber. this would suit an rpg or summat this. or a short scen on loop.

The script is in Dutch though, I don't think you're going to get a lot of it...
This is a proper grand piano, btw, even in a sorta reverb chamber. I recorded it in the studio at my school. I could've added some more reverb, probably, though I like it to be a little shrill.
Lemme look up what quaint means...

Relaxing
Zal maar gewoon int nederlands lulle hier, das een stuk makkelijker =)
Was wel een relaxed nummer. Et is echt perfecte achtergrond muziek voor een cafe of iets dergelijks. Als er ook een catagorie voor is, zou ik het daarom toch eerder bij blues of jazz ofzow indelen. (Weet niet helemaal zeker wat hier met classical bedoeld wordt...).
Het was alleen wel jammer dat het een beetje hetzelfde deuntje de hele tijd was. Je zou misschien toch wat meer moeten varieeren.
Ik ga toch in het Engels antwoorden, kunnen de mensen het een beetje begrijpen allemaal.

Well, it's a 30 second or so tune, and it uses the same melody but the chords gain dissonance along the way. That's really the most variation I wanted to put into this.

Short and sweet
When I saw the title, I thought about the Superfriends announcer. It fits the bill perfectly (chortle pun guffaw), and I see it getting used in the intros of some flashes, focusing on a faraway cottage or the like. Beautiful.
