Pocket Monsters (Pokemon Theme Song)

My little sister has LOVED Pokemon ever since I introduced it to her at a young age so I ended up doing a remix/cover of the theme song for her as a present!

Remixed/Covered in Fl Studio 10
Used mostly native instruments in FL
Also Addictive Drums
A couple of samples
The piano is Nexus 2 I don't remember the preset but I did a lot of EQ to get it the way I wanted

Rights belong to Pokemon of course!

I can't lie to you, I almost gave you a bad review because I began reviewing before the song was finished playing, chalk that up to my own impatience.
In any case! Here we go!
The piano and the synth sound you chose to do the melody with don't really match and create a little more dissonance than I was expecting. However upon further inspection I found this to be tolerable if a bit odd.
However the rhythms going in the background almost cover up the melody at some points, personally I find this a tad distracting from the main melody. This is easily fixable though, and not really an issue if you turn the background down by 6-10%. Of course this is all my opinion, take it with a grain of salt, but this song is near greatness.
Overall enjoyable, a little busy but that could be my own personal tastes.

To be honest I didn't want the attention to be on the main melody lol I wanted it to be on the background and all the different elements. All my music is a tad too busy, I'll admit that ^^ I love busy music >.<
I really thought the piano and synth match :( I even thought it sounded like the show... cries...
Thankyou for the review!!! I'm glad you gave it a chance!
