Well, that's pretty much what the song is about, anyway. It will mean something different to everyone, since we don't all have the same dreams, and some of our dreams are more tangible than others. The overall vibe of the song is meant to be relaxing and serene, while allowing the imagination to embark on an epic adventure above the clouds.

I don't know why, either! I'm not sure which ending theme you're referring to, but I've watched Outlaw Star and I can't honestly say I hear any similarities. xD
