Apologies if this doesn't sound very familiar, this is actually not a remix from Sonic 3 on the Genesis, but rather Sonic 3 on PC ~
I heard the PC Version and it sounded . . . alright, but the happy tone of it detracted so badly from the actual zone. Here's my attempt to make it a little more close to terms with the Ice Cap Zone.
Again, sorry if you were expecting more of the same. I honestly think Ice Cap on Genesis is overrated and wanted to try a remix of the other version. xD
