This is part 12 of 50 of my One Month of Country

For the month of June, I wrote 50 country demos for an upcoming album I'm recording. This song in particular really cuts to the heart of a young man's life. Someone once told me that I'd stop being such a Mother's boy when I got myself a wife. I certainly would say that I'd prefer a woman I can have sex with to a woman who I could never have sex with because of societal expectations and moral obligations.

Either way, most of your life you're at the beck and call of a woman. When you're not, you want to be. Why are we so weak minded sometimes?

I think Tesla really had the right idea sometimes. I just wish my heart was strong enough to walk that line.
