Love this piece
Hey, I'm an aspiring game programmer, and I was wondering if I could use this in one of my upcoming JRPGs. I was thinking about using this to introduce a professor that lives in an abandoned castle

Fantastic. Simple, yet great.
I love the progression, the simplicity, the melody, and the disorienting, creepy, yet somehow relaxing feeling it brings on. Not to mention how well it loops. I've voted 5/5 for this song like 10 times, lol, it's just that good :D

Has a familiar feel to it
I could definitely see it in a game. Has a Banjo-Kazooie feel to it. Could see it in a castle themed stage. It's also a good length and loops well, so yeah, if you were going for something that could fit in a game, I'd say you succeeded.

Hm, I never played BK but isn't it a pretty fast paced game? The looping was something I wanted to be very smooth. The only thing not working perfectly there is the small cut of the reverb. I placed a couple of notes in the end that prepare the beginning of the song again. The NG player makes it a bit awkward, but on a seemlessly looping player it will sound nicely.
