This is a semi-original song based upon the song "Septette for the Dead Princess" from Touhou. The original song uses a line from Beethoven's 8th Sonata and builds from there. This song is similarly based on a line from Beethoven's 5th Symphony.
I say semi-original because, unlike a bonafied remix, this song does not use many lines from Septette, though some of the original portions bear similarity.

Havent heard the orignal, but I like this one =]
Piano is my favorite instrument so I loved this song, some of it sounded like it was getting to lound, as in the intro and sounded as if it were clipping. But maybe you wanted it to sound like that? =P overall really good job though!
