It seems like you're going for more of a Dubstep kind of setup, not really Techno, but I'm not that picky and that's not why I gave you a 6. Everything seems a bit messy and as if the samples don't really fit together all that well. If you were to re-do this song, I would suggest starting with a few rhythmic beats and maybe a synth or two, then slowly build into a more complex beat and melody. Side note: are you working with loops here? If so, try to mix and match to find the loops that sound good together, and use them all to benefit the song as a whole; don't choose them because they sound good individually. A loop that sounds a little awkward alone could sound good in a melody you've already created. Anyway, I don't mean to rant, just trying to help you out a little.
