It needs more.

I'm giving you a 7/10 because the talent and recognition of genre is there, but I don't feel like this is a true techno song. It has no progression really and it needs a good bass, this is just more like like a techno synth piece that could be incorporated into a greater song. That and at the end of it gets a bit dodgy, I don't know if it was intentional but I feel it skips too much. Other then that criticism, you're quite talented and I can't wait until I hear more of your works.

Thing is that when I've made this one. I didn't realy know much about the program that I used for its creation.
