Just something for fun. Trying not to take anything too seriously. Just having a good 'ol fashion time. I started this remix a long time ago and it never went anywhere. I just found it again and, being inspired by the initial work; did an over-haul to it. Then, Hard-drive crashed on the 1st of the year. Was then allowed to do very minimal work to this file - which is, for the most part, finished. I just wanted to add finishing touches, volume changes mainly. Beh. The percussion towards the end is actually from an older song "Letters From An Iceberg" (was a place holder) haha.
This was supposed to be released on the fifth; my birthday. Sorry I'm late, listeners. I hope you all enjoy. Download at your discretion.

Fearfully beautiful
I'm no good with explaining why I like things. I'm horrible with wording my thoughts.
But I feel somewhat alone when I listen to this. In the beginning I imagine I'm walking along in a dark forest. Suddenly I looks up into the sky and I see a city lighting the darkness, replacing the stars. I smile and reach out.
Mn but I'm not sure anyone will get that. Anyways great job luv, keep up the good work.

Haunting and calming
A stellar track. I think this song is a perfect example of how Newgrounds really is everything by everyone; From beginners still trying to figure out how to work Audacity to pro status musicians such as yourself. Keep it up :)

Brilliantly creepy
Wow did the backmasking at the start creep me out or at least I think it was backmasking. Not totally sure on it. When the full beat starts to play with the creepy sound in the background it sounds very nice to me anyways.
The backmasking at the start heavily makes me think of Silent Hill and how the radio would act weird when the creatures came near at all. The guitar sounds nice and simple to me I guess. The drums are simple and play in a good tempo to me as well. The scratch down was strange and cool I guess. The synth is also good here.
When the full beat plays without the scratching or voices it sounds very good to me. The voice and backmasking creep me out a bit though as the song is great but weird to me.
Overall, excellent job.
Heh heh, I do enjoying the 'ol reverse. More of a self manipulated backmask, using reverse, volume-envelopes and re-arranging to achieve the desired effect.

I'm not sure what you do for a living but if it isn't something with music, editing, or something of the sort you might need someone to hit you over the head xD Nice work man and keep it up! Personally I would love to see you do some dub, sorry if you already do but this is my first time being exposed to your music and felt I had to say somethign immediately :D
Heh, It's not really for a living, but, it's getting there I surmise. I've released an album and am on a label. Dub would be alright, I've got a few Dub-inspired pieces. Thanks for checking my tunes out, man.
