Distortion? Don't really hear any. I think it's the limiter on the master track.
I just love the pads you started the song with..
At 1.25, I think you should really split instruments up. Don't put too similar sounding instruments together, and eq off the bass of high pitched instruments, and the treble of low pitched instruments.
And this song could do a melody. The beginning is a bit boring, but maybe that's just the buildup.
Anyway, good song you got there. Love it..

sometimes different is good though, and this is one of those times. i think that some of the distortion at 1:25 could be removed.other than that this is a really cool upbeat song ;) 4/5 9/10 great work!
