Anyone know Frank Klepaki? He writes music for video games, like Dune 2000 and Red Alert. I made this song to sound like a "Frank Klepaki song." Combination of electric guitars/synths and brass/strings. :) There's a comic I created with a buddy of mine that was "inspired" by those games... I guess that's what you would called it. So, I wanted the music to be similar. :)

Most instruments are MIDI, but my guitars are recorded and played by me. :D

We Want War!

I finally find someone who makes music that sounds like Red Alert and not as cheap industrial. it feels great to play Red Alert and Rise of the Reds (a mod for Red Alert ZH) with this song. Please make more of this cool shit.

cartoonistmusician responds:

Haha, thanks!!! :D Yea, I used to LOVE Red Alert and Red Alert 2, and it was mainly because of the music Frank Klepacki wrote for it. :P I hope to make more stuff like this if possible. Sorry I got back so late, but I'm just now figuring out how to find the reviews to my songs. :P I haven't been here in a while, but I plan to try and come back. :) Anyway... if you still get on here, I got a new guitar toy that makes my guitar sound way better now. If you want, check out some of my "Toby Tyball" tracks I got up. :) But yea, thanks for the review! Glad you enjoyed this!! This is an oldie of mine, but still a favorite. :)

This song just puts battle images in your head instantly.

cartoonistmusician responds:

Woo! Yea it does! :D Thanks for the review... didn't even see it. I was waiting for a while for this song to get approved, and I guess it has. But yea, thanks! :)
