Yo man
You shud put this in to a flash
Just trying my hand at this dubstep stuff.... This is the loop I have so far, it's actually very difficult to modulate the different aspects of the bass VST I'm using. Produces a pretty cool sound though.
It's just a bassline and a drumbeat so far, that's all.

The Wobble
If your synth has an LFO option, that'd be the easiest way to give your bass a wobble. You should also crank the distortion a little more, it sounds flat and cheezy.
If you don't have an LFO option, you'll have to use an envelope. Start by changing the filer to LP (low pass) And then using a volume envelope that looks like a saw wave. There's hopefully a box you can check to sync the wave to the tempo, if not, you just have to sync manually.
You can actually make a great wobble bass with a 3xOSC. Just youtube it:)
If your going for dub, define the bass and snare a little more. The general idea is usually a slow, stretched out, glitchy and dirty song.
Hope this helped? :D
Filth!
Big fan of your metal work, and this raw beginning at dubstep is already shaming a lot of dubstep submissions (sorry guys!)
See where you go with it!
Cool sound w/ Serious potential
I am already in freakin' love with your metal submissions... I can't wait to see the finished product here, I'm hoping you add twin guitar on a slower beat. I can hear it already, makes me wish I knew how to add it! Keep rockin' man.
Please contact me if you would like to use this in a project. We can discuss the details.
