have to agree with scrototype
kinda painful and the synths and drums don't work well together in this piece.

I came up with this after learning about an achievement in the game Red Dead Redemption which involves tying a damsel up and leaving her on a railroad track. I thought of something you might hear a piano player use for a climactic chase scene in an old silent western might sound like coming out of a gameboy. It's pretty basic, but I like it.
Composed/arranged and edited in LMMS, converted to MP3 format in Audacity.

that reminds me of SOMETHING...
It was painful to listen to...
but not because it wasn't well composed. Those synths were way too high pitched and bugged the hell out of me. With some drums or some strong bass I think it could be drowned out enough to listen to. But still I recommend you lower the pitch on this and resubmit. I did like the actually music behind it though, reminded me of Donkey Kong.

Thanks for your opinion. I redid the piece with a piano instrumentation - I'd be interested to know if you like that version better.
