So, a while ago, I threw around the idea of wanting to vocally cover the song "Welcome Home" by Coheed and Cambria with Metaljonus. I dislike the original vocals very much.
He rough cut the instrumental in a monumentally short time, and fucking slayed it with his own epicness.

Tonite, after a few (or more) beers, I threw on some vocals. Definitely could use some polishing around the transition at the chorus and such, but just wanted to see what you fuckers thought of it.

dude...epic...just fucking epic

Ok I gotta say, I loved the original, I really like your voice, really sounds a lot like Howard from KSE...my only issue is that at 3:04 you got a bit out of tune, otherwise it was great though, 4/5 10/10

Fucking epic dude

You killed the vocals on this one...The music is very good too, probably better than the original...Nice to see you tackle a song like this.

On a personal note, I like to hear your voice in this style more than most you've done....if you form a band, you should consider writing for this style of singing...

I pretty much shared your opinion of the original - the song was epic, but the vocals were meh at best.
