Not bass, more Sax, tbh

Interesting name for a track that focuses on the Bass, when to me it sounds more like some free form jazz with a Saxophone, in all honesty. I think that you could have added more bass after the introduction, when the Sax starts to get into its element, but you've got a decent bassline, so the title is not completely devoid of meaning.

With how the track is laid out, perhaps you could have cut the bass out and headed for a saxophone solo, just showing what it's capable of all together. It is a pretty good all around instrument. The bass solos that you come up with are more bridges than anything I'd view as a solo, so perhaps lengthening those would help the piece also.

Groovy!

This song has an awesome groove. I really like the drums here. And of course the trumpet/the sax. It has some nice melodies to offer.

I also like that you didn't stick to just one groovy beat but added some more parts. This makes the song much more interesting. One groovy beat can get repetitive after some time, but this song would take quite a few plays to become repetitive.

The bass line is also great. It seems that most of the audio artists here on NG completly forget about the bass, in this song it's one of the main instruments. Very nice.

Has a bit of a black exploitation feel to it.

Very cool, I really like the jazzy feel to it, it also feels kind of like a noir piece near the end.

The best thing about this submission is the eclectic mix of instruments added a lot of energy to the music, and the length was perfect.

My sole critique would be it could use some dynamic sounds, aside from that it was really cool.

Anyway I think it's quite unique, you should feel proud!

The song is pretty good all around. I like how it's really fast paced throughout the entire submission. I do agree that some of it sounds electronic and some doesn't, but it really doesn't take anything away from the submission.

The ending kind of disappointing as the song was so fast paced the entire time and it just kind of comes to a screeching halt with an abrupt ending. Since it was such a fast paced song the ending should have been a fast series of notes in my opinion. Oh well, pretty good all around.
