With just a bit of practice and working on your levels, you could make some great stuff.

As far as this song goes, I like how hardcore it feels, it's nice

Just needs some work thats all. Try to make your bass synths not as distorted please. It is actually a really good hardcore melody to it. Just try to add more sounds in there. And basically just remaster it. Choose a different bass.

It's a really good start to making hardcore techno though =)
