It's got a good begining
I really liked how you began it but about half way it kinda got a little jumbled, but still good none the less.

Tried to work in some basic counterpoint, threw in the second guitar there, and had the bass stop following the Rhythm guitar.
Didn't work out as well as I'd hoped, TBH, but It's still better than a lot of my other stuff.
