pretty good.. but can be better
it would be better for a boss fight if it had really deep bass notes/sysnths, that way is shows that the boss is a powerful one and it wont be easy to defeat it. maybe some more really high notes to show highlights in the song? everybody loves the stong bass notes :D. may i also ask what program did you use to create this song?

alright here is how i see it as a boss battle
a fight against an insanly destructive and evil robot of some sort. that robot has done something terrible and someone needs to stop it. and it's near the end of the story/game/adventure whatever. don't see this as a frequent boss music of a game.
I pictured it as like an epic battle that could decide the fate of something big. The hero is against something large and destructive and not human. In the begining the dude is looking for the destructive *insert idk what* through out the half ruined city, then he finds a dying friend who dies in his arms. He gets all mad and builds the hate up and keeps looking. He sees the enemy far off, the fight begins...then the hero wins! Then he passes out happy. Not as much a game, but a story. Thanks for the review.
