Gotta love the 80's
Don't hear much xylo/vibraphone nowadays. Tis a nice change from the every day music. Nice drums at 2:05 too, they have a really rocking reel to them.

Cream in my jeans
I don't even have the words to describe the immense joy I receive from listening to that main melodic line. That is like what you call very advanced atmosphere haha. And that 5/4 intro riff playing over the 4/4 song is so freakin' clever man, I love it.
This made me pull out my 48 Hrs Cd again
I wish I was a music major so I could be more specific, but when the song goes into its main part at :37 in, the xylaphone sounds too loud for awhile - maybe see if backing down on that when the music unfolds there to see if it doesnt make it a little more fluid. Overall I loved it. One of the better submissions today.
The xylaphone part is loud in the mix toward the beginning and end because it's a 5/4 riff over the main melody in 4/4 time. I'll check it out and see how it sounds lower in the mix or just a decrescendo when the drum-kit drops in!
Thank you Delina,
glad you enjoyed the track and I much appreciate the review!
