Before I even review your song, I have to say that the title seems very misleading. It doesn't feel like lightning or a storm... so I don't understand why you named it the way you did.
As for your song, I could tell you made this song out of boredom, not inspiration. I won't call it bad, but I can't call it good either. It feels like a knock-off of another song...

Trancechorder may not be the best sound in this song because it sounds bad on some notes so u have to get every note righ, try it with another sound and it will be godlike! (Wonder where u got the name from? Hmmm... ;D)
