This is an innocent and mellow classical piece written in the classical style. By definition, a Bagatelle (which literally translates as "Trifle") is a light and mellow short piece. This definitely fits the bill, and though it contains some key changes and rhythms the old masters would not have appreciated, I think it toes the line. Tell me what I could improve to make it better fit the classical style.

It was decent. I didn't feel like it was really too well thought out though. The idea wasn't really clear or being conveyed. The right hand line was also so relentless I felt like it was overwhelming. You may want to have a better and clearer plan.
I totally agree with you; I didn't think it out at all. I had an idea of what I intended the theme to be, but as for the development sections I had not a clue. Just kind of put down notes that sounded OK. And the relentless right hand is no doubt caused by the lack of expression.
