The rhythm guitar keeps changing tempo throughout. Have a metronome handy: either watch it while you play or plug headphones into it so you know you're playing in time.

As NeverHundred said, try staying in the scale. Do not HOLD notes that are out of the scale, use them as passing tones if you want.

It sounds like you're overloading your mic or whatever you're using to record, there are a few fixes for that so just experiment with volume control, etc.

The solo/melody seems highly improvised, but not in the good way. Try this next time: ahead of time, pick out certain patterns you want to use (or "licks") at certain parts of the song and improvise around those. It's good to have a general idea of what you want to do.

it's really shaky

Firstly does the acoustic need to be as downtuned as it is? Some parts aren't that bad, the lead guitar starts out not too bad... but there are a lot of points where you play some notes that sound beyond out of place. Try staying in one scale.
