This took me about three weeks to make. There's 40 patterns, close to 15 different kinds of intruments, and a whole buttload of work put into the project. I need to mention Benesh, he gave me the basic chords, but even those i mutated, so you can't even recognize the original. Thanks for listening!

Well, like i said in my response to your review, i'm not an expert. Actually i'm far from an expert. But i'll leave you a review anyway, since this is such an amazing piece of music :-)
The intro is really nice with the choir. And that harp (?) that is playing is really good too, but if i were you i wouldn't let the harp play every sixteenth note. That's because it sounds a little too random, but this can also be personal taste.
The piano that comes in is good, but it could've be a little more powerful. Try lowering it an octave. I know that if you only lower that line that comes in first it doesn't fit with the rest of the piano playing, so try to lower everything that is played on the piano one octave to make it more powerful and a bit heavier. I'm not sure this will work, but you can always try, right?
I don't really like the kick you used. I think it's too sharp and should be much deeper sounding, if you know what i mean. And the snare is a bit too fat. Try to make it sound a little more clear and sharp.
The next thing i'm going to say is my personal opinion. I don't like the tubular bells. Actually, i almost never like tubular bells, because they always sound off tune to me. Maybe it's because they pitch bend down or something.
Those cymbals you used are ok, but i think they are too loud. Lower their volume a bit.
Well, that was all my criticism. Despite all those things i said, i enjoyed this song. The composition is really good and brings a feeling of victory to me. Like i just won a battle or something :P
The staccato choir (i don't know if you can use the term staccato when you're talking about a choir, but i do it anyway :P) is really good. It's in the background so you really have to listen to the song to hear it's there, but when you remove the song loses a large amount of power.
Well, that's all for now. Very good job on this song, although it could've been a tad better.

Oh man! i appreciate it so much. I wouldv'e never noticed any of those things without your help. and that's an interesting theory with the piano. I'll try that and see if it sounds any better. with the bass drum, it was the only one i could find. and the "staccato" choir is probably my favorite part of the song.

Once again i appreciate the review tenfold. If you have any songs you want criticized, i'll be more than happy to do it.

Very Nice...

This has a wonderful buildup with a great and long crescendo, and then it dies away very solemnly. This song had a very nice tone to it.

As far as the mix goes, you did a wonderful job. It is mixed wonderfully well, and all the instruments really fit well into their place in the ensemble. From the percussion to the piano, you did well to create a nice mix and a beautiful atmosphere.

As for the writing, this repeats quite a bit, but it isn't a bad thing. You did a great job at introducing new thoughts and ideas by adding new instruments to the mix. Often times they were playing something different, but other times is would be the slightest of variations to the already standing melodies and harmonies. Way to mix it up, yet keep it the same.

You have made great progress to say the least in your composition abilities. Congrats my friend!

5/5 and 10/10 overall.

This was amazing...

and inspiring, loved the gradual build up amazing, may have built up even more?

Theledge93 responds:

it could have but you got to stop somewhere. believe me i was thinking about going WAYYY beyond where it is now, but it sounded the best with how it is now

P.S. quite a name! :-)

Good job

Good work on composing/arranging this nice track. How long are you studying music/making music?

Theledge93 responds:

I've been studying music for exactly 0 years. I honestly started learning about music since the beginning of the year. no prior knowledge. this is quite an achievement for the uneducated dont you think?

Theledge93 responds:
