I get the exact same vibe from this composition. It presents an eerie, empty setting. I could see it as the calm left after the end, with everything left in ruin, as a single person collapses to his knees after struggling to the top of the rubble, utterly dismayed at the ruin in front of him/her. Rain starts to freeze the helpless survivor as he/she slowly gives up on life...

Alternatively, I can also see this in the setting of the hero of a story finally prevailing, and looking back and contemplating his/her adventure, staring off the cliff's edge at the ruined fortress...

In short, this works both for despair and relief. Despair at the loss of the world, relief as the journey comes to a close.

To be honest, its not my type of beat but hey!, it's still good. :D
The track is well put together and has a relaxing feel to the beat.
