What program are you using?
i would suggest using FL studio. it may be what you need to get whatever sound you are looking for and the demo is free.

Sorry but...

...when I heard the first two chords, I was nervous. When I heard the third and fourth chords, I was worried (I was really hoping that the fourth chord was going to resolve very nicely down a 2nd). When I heard "Chopsticks on Steroids," I was scared. And after that... well it was hard to get any worse than chopsticks.

I don't get it: how it was cheerful? I mean, I was happy when it ended...

It was a shame, really, because with the first four chords on their own, I really thought it had potential; as if the fourth chord was going to resolve downwards and then the piece was going to evolve into a very romantic piece with impressive chord progressions using a simple arpeggiated chord in the bass.
