So I guess I didn't quit music :P
Anywhosal, I've been working at this song for a week now, and it's finally finished. The reason I
"gave up music" is because I had no good pikes for my Progressive Trance songs. Then my friend recommended that I get some Nexus expansions, which I did, and they had some pretty good plucks and pikes in them, as well as better bass! It was like an extra Christmas present XD.
Now to the song. There are countless auto clips and audio clips. A quite full mixer. I also consider this being my best mastered song so far. I added an extra melody to the song that did not come from the original song, because I thought I needed it for another break, which I did. I turned down the ear shattering effect at the beginning like many people suggested.
Hopefully you guys will like this one so that I have motivation to continue my music career. If so, I have plenty of ideas for remixes to do. Sorry about the lack of original songs, I've just run out of melodies at the moment.

i liked this one best of all your p-trance songs, it was really REALLY relaxing, i even liked the odd african conga shit you had goin in the intro, which i hate...congas i mean
lol i hate NG officaially i have a Classical/Dnb song, an Ambient song, a christmas song(partially inspired by some of your work, and the trans siberian orchestra), AND im done(sorta) with a majorly kick ass hardstyle track, and guess who cant submit any of it...ME!!!
enough of my ranting, please never stop making this music, you and pulstate have really changed my views of this genre(initially negative)
my only problem with you doing p-trance is that your doing alot of remixes, and i klnow thats what bein a DJ is all about, but i think you should give making your own song completly a try, unless you already have..in which case do it again dammit!!

I got a shitload of expansions, but not all of them worked with my version of Nexus. I think all of them together was like 2.8 GB, the same as Nexus itself.

Lol, you didn't have Nexus O_o Damn, now you have it you should be happy. There's HEAPS of good sounds in there. I recommend you get the Dance Vol 1 expansion and isn't too bad.
Good work on this song, glad you didn't leave. You're pretty good. For the song I know you might think differently, but I found it empty. It was nearly just right, but its a bit too empty. I reckon more strings and synths could have been used in the quiet parts where you have a pad running.
But yeah, sure is good work. Keep it up!

No I did have Nexus, just no good synths for it. I also have Dance Vol 1 but it's not what I'm looking for. I think I'm going to be making most of my synths from now on. And yes, it was supposed to be empty in those parts. Thats Progressive Trance for you!

The effects and everything are really good.
I'm trying to get the hang of mastering myself at the moment (which I'm struggling with btw), but I'd have to say that you did a really good job with this.
The fx are smooth, and your transitions are well-done, and I especially liked the change at 6:02.
There wasn't as much melody/countermelody movement as I would have liked (or expected) but this is still a good song nonetheless.
