Question + Amazing

DO you have to know how to play all the instruments you use and do you know how to play any instruments? I want to get into creating stuff like this but have little or none music experience at all. But I dream music, I randomly come up with an amazing beat in my head that I have never heard before and I want to make that. What do you think?
