Even in 2018 it helps me calm my nerves. thank you for making this.
If link couldn't sleep, damn straight he'd be listening to this to help put his mind at ease ^_^
When I remixed this song the first time (Temple of Time: Distant Thunder), I didn't feel like I did it justice because I couldn't add the voices I wanted to. After I got my software this week, I got my chance to share my vision of this song.
Sometimes you may think I've made up the melody, but guess what!?! If you listen close enough, you'll hear that I have a melody line that is almost IDENTICAL to the Temple of Time music throughout the whole song! That's why choral music is so great: take one melody, and make it sound like something completely different by switching up the chords.
(Yeah, Amy, you totally inspired me to do this too.)
SO I hope you like it!
And Yes.
That is me singing.
ALL the parts ^_^

its simply beautiful
Thank you ^_^
This is one of my favorite pieces you wrote. I love that you kept the feeling of the Gregorian chant style and expanded upon it with lovely harmonies. Love it!
Thank you ^_^ That is PRECISELY what I was going for.
This song is one of the most beautiful songs I've heard in my life. Not just video game remixes, but in general. Your voice goes perfectly with the sound that I feel you've attempted, and succeeded in trying to create. It's simple, yet complex and it's so refreshing to hear music like this done so well. I just wish it was longer. Maximum props to you. Please keep up the fantastic work.
Thank you :)
I wanted to keep this "choral" style because I think people would like choral music a lot more these days if they gave it chance ^_^
this is an EXTREMLY beautiful piece of music. it sounds like it would be a great intro for an epic battle song done in a classic style. it would be better if it were a bit longer but it is very good as is.
I wanted to keep it as long as the original; but I ALWAYS appreciate any input ^_^
Thanks for listening and reviewing!
Please contact me if you would like to use this in a project. We can discuss the details.
