Using a few Super Nintendo tools, like AddMusic, I added Sweet Child o' Mine by Guns 'n' Roses to Super Mario World and extracted it using ZSNES. This song is a direct rip from the ROM image.
It was actually a transcription of a MIDI that was imported into the ROM. Download (at the bottom):
