cool stuff
the atmosphere you made in this song was really interesting and nice, starting you out ambient and going all idm on you... it was really cool to listen to. when hte breakbeat came in (3:20something) that was a really good choice, puts a cap onto the piece.
i think that it can be improved by 1) fixing levels--bass is a bit too loud on the idm drums, making the drum arrangement sound too muddy [but the breakbeat's levels were perfect, don't change that]
2) the drum arrangements should be more varied - it just repeats every four beats for both the idm beat and the breakbeat, but you should make it have subtle differences and changes all the time, espcially in the idm section where it ideally would vary constantly.
3) i wish that you also made the background pads change and escalate with the rest of the song more, like a more intense arrangement, distortion, or more instruments/more layers as the song progressed.
overall, though, this is definately a relaxing song to listen to. good job, boy, i definately approve!
[oh, and thanks for stopping by and reviewing. it was my original intent to continue that song but i have a tendency to get tired of developing single songs and moving on to new ideas that i have, which basically explains why i have a ton of unifnished songs posted up here on ng. i might come back if i feel so inclined, though. i should just roll through all the songs i never finished, because it seems like those are my best lol]
