Orchestral is a pretty interesting song. Every single instrument is from the Orchestools sections plugins. Here's one of them:
This is the Orchestools Strings plugin. Pretty simple, you basically just choose up to 4 instruments, adjust the volume levels and boom, you're done. There are also a bunch of other sliders and things but idk what half of them even do so I kinda just stayed away from them.

All pretty basic but the final product isn't too bad!!
