So far you're the second person to mention this. I'm not sure why it won't let you, I literally have external API use check marked on all of my songs, which is apparently supposed to let people make levels out of it. I'm not sure how it all works but maybe I'm doing something wrong? Am I supposed to have it unchecked? I'll try to look into it, sorry for the inconvenience.
