Mixing's always been boring to me and it's not like I am good at it, or want to become better. So recently I decided to not try to make music sound clean, instead I'll make it sound like a mess, noisy, screechy, "airy" because of the low compression, clashing frequencies everywhere and in general just harder to listen (can it be considered lofi?). Reasons are:

• It's actually within my abilities
• My audio equipment sucks and I know it can't faithfully replay anything; my hearing probably also sucks
• It sounds "more powerful" (not really)
• It fits the aesthetic of the music anyway
• It can contribute to developing my style???

By the way, this is my first song, which has been almost completely reworked 5 times and has maybe 30 seconds content from the original, so not really my first. It's just a different song.
