the initial sound is suuuuper intriguing and im on board,, although at :45 i do wish we could incorporate some new elements. the new instrument being implemented at a 1:00+~ with very little other change to the core doesn't do a lot for me personally but I can see where your head is at! the additional adding and subtracting of new elements while the core melody stays more or less the same isn't the most attractive songwriting methods and the piece can feel disjointed as a result. i really enjoy all the individual sounds here and i think you have a good ear for funky little rhythms! i encourage you to play with your core sound and let that branch out and around as well as your inclusion of new elements!
