A smaller unsuspecting town. Most travelers simply pass through here when going to their destination, but a few like the scenery and move here after a while. As a result, people from all over the region live here. Children of the town pronounce it 'rizzvalley' more often than not.
There is a local group of musicians that change the atmosphere of the town when they play their music, imbuing it with their wishes and worries.
Hi! This is part of an OST Demo for a Pokemon fangame that doesn't exist! I tried to emulate the style of the OST from the gen 5 games and made this track with the same restrictions as the actual OST! Check out the rest here: https://stream.pulvite.work/lapis-demo
